knowledges having received from the Personal Representative of the
Estate, the following:
Check in the sum of $12,494.69 (previously forwarded)
and
Check in the sum of $ 691.OQ said checks representing
said beneficiary's one-third (1/3) interest in the estate
of decedent, forwarded 6-4-80.
The undersigned further acknowledges receipt of complete dis-
tribution of the share of the estate to which the undersigned was en-
titled, releases the Personal Representative from all further liability
in connection with this Estate, and consents to the entry of an order
discharging the Personal Representative without delay, notice or hear-
