RECEIPT OF BENEFICIARY
AND CONSENT TO DISCHARGE
The undersigned, JOHN W. RUFF , hereby ac-
knowledges having received from the Personal Representative of the
Estate, the following:

Check in the sum of $12,494.70 and Check in the sum of $691.00, F
representing said beneficiary's one-third (1/3) interest in~the
estate of decedent. (First sum previously forward, and latter
- sum forwarded 6-4-80.)
The undersigned further acknowledges receipt of complete dis-
tribution of the share of the estate to which the undersigned was en-
titled, releases the Personal Representative from all further liability
in connection with this Estate, and consents to the entry of an order
j discharging the Personal Representative without delay, notice or hear-
ing.
