AND CONSENT TO DISCHARGE
The undersigned, PAUL R. LUNDY , hereby ac-
knowledges having received from the Personal Representative of the
Estate, the following: -
Check in the sum of $12,494.b9 and check in the sum of $681.00,
representing said beneficiary's one-third (1/3) interest in the j
estate of decedent. (First sum previously forwarded, and latter
sum-forwarded 6-4-80.)
The undersigned .further acknowledges receipt of complete dis-
tribution of the share of the estate to which the undersigned was en-
titled, releases the Personal Representative from all further liability
in connection with this Estate, and consents to the entry of an order
discharging the .Personal Representative without delay, notice or hear-
ing.
