decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY whose address is

set forth above is qualified under"the laws of Florida to
serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate

and is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
representative because it is nominated under CLAUSE VI of
decedent's Last Hill.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are: Cash and .securities having a value of more
than $100,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
November 9, 1976, accoaapanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that it is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State
of Florida• that it will faithfully administer the estate
of said decedent according to law.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will
be admitted to probate and that it be appointed personal
representative of the estate of th,e decedent .
