III, ~AL1`ER W. BAGGE, of the City of Fort Pierce, State of
~lorida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I.
I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named,
to pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness, funeral expenses, and
all costs and expenses of administering and distributing my estate.
CLAUSE II.
I further direct that my~Personal Representative pay, out
of my residuary estate, all estate,. inheritance and succession
taxes accruing as a result of my death; and it is my will that
' all such taxes and assessments as may be levied upon or~assessed

against my estate or any part or share thereof or benefit therein,
or upon any inheritance thereof by transfer, bequest or devise to
any beneficiary or beneficiaries, including those levied upon (a)
any insurance, endowment or annuity contracts on my life or owned
by 1[le, or (b) any property which I may own jointly with another,
? shall in all events be paid out of my residuary estate and not

g against any particular beneficiary or beneficiaries, nor

against the surviving co-owners of any such jointly owned property.

I hereby give unto my Personal Representative, hereinafter
