LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF WALTER W. BADGE, Page Two
concerning my estate which I could do if living, or which may
lawfully be done by~persons owning similar assets and properties
in their own names, including the power to sell, at private sale,
without order of Court, all or any part of the property in my
estate, real or personal, upon said terms as my Personal Representative
deems advisable, and including the power to execute deeds, proxies,
assignments and any other instrument relating to the assets con-
stituting my estate, and to compromise, settle or abandon any
claims in favor of or against my estate and in general to do all
things which my Personal Representative deems necessary or advisable -
in the proper and efficient administration of my estate; the powers
and authority above enumerated and granted to my Personal
Representative shall not be construed as a limitation upon the
powers of my Personal Representative, but shall be in addition to
the powers conferred upon it by law.
CLAUSE IV.
I hereby give and bequeath to my brother, HENRY L. BADGE,
now of Big Rock, Illinois, all of my personal property as his own
j absolutely in fee simple. My tangible personal property bequeathed
to my brother specifically includes, but is not necessarily limited

~ to, any automobile I may own, mobile home and contents, utility

~ room and contents, clothing and jewelry.
CLAUSE V.

I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever situate

and whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,
including the proceeds of any policies of insurance on my life
that may be payable to my estate, or to the Personal Representative
of my estate, to my below named brothers and sisters, in fee simple,
