This proceeding was heard on the Report of Distribution
of the personal representative of the estate of FRED M. KARGER
a/k/a FRED KARGER, Deceased, and the Court finding that the
estate has been properly distributed, that claims of creditors
have been paid or otherwise disposed of, and that the personal
_ representative should be discharged, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that: ~ j
1. The Report of Distribution of the personal repre-
sentative is approved.

2. The personal representative is hereby discharged.
3. The surety on the personal representative's bond is
released of further liability on it.
