1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as ~

the sole beneficiary of the Estate of THOMAS MILLER ROBERTSON,
deceased. Petitioner's name and address are as set forth in

Paragraph 3, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney
j are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, WILLIAM GARDENER ROBERTSON, whose last

known address was 382 Devon Street, Kearny, New Jersey, whose
i
age was 82 years, and whose Social Security Number was

unknown died on April 22, 1960, at Secaucus, New '
i
Jersey, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
Hudson County, New Jersey.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries

of this Estate and of decedent's surviving spouse, if any,

their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
g any who are minors, are:

4. The decedent's son, THOMAS MILLER ROBERTSON, who
was the sole beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of
WILLIAM GARDENER ROBERTSON, died on November 11, 1976, at the

age of 62 years, and a Petition for Summary Administration of
his Estate is being filed simultaneously herewith.
