declaration of condominium recorded in official records book 245 at +
page 65 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such
declaration has .been amended in official records book 253 at page 365
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and according to
any additional amendments and supplements to said declaration. Said
legal description for Oceana Oceanfront Condominium One to be attached
in Addendum A hereto which is made a part hereof by this reference. -

(1) One Thousand Dollars as earnest money on deposit to be held in trus
by Leonard D. Conway,. escrow, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged; j
(2) The sum of $6,600 to be paid by May 5, 1980, the timely receipt of
such is hereby acknowledged;
(3) The sum of $8,400 to be paid on June 1, 1980, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged contemporaneously with the execution of this ~

the time in question. Buyer shall pay the real estate taxes monthly to
seller effective June 1, 1980. The present real estate tax is computed ~
at the amount of $40.36 per month. The Buyer agrees to~pay condominium
maintenance fees as billed by the condominium association. Party of the ~ _
