the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert N. Skinner and
Aileen J. Skinner, his wife dated February 6th 19 64 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in p~ R. Book gp on page
552 , securinct the payment of the sum of Ten Thousand, Four Hundred and no/100-----------

covering propery in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all -right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises desuibed therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
