FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE This cause having come on this day for trial upon ~ Plaintiff's complaint and the evidence offered in support of such complaint, and the Court having heard the testimony of t the parties, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon the Defendant William Blue, Jr. and Virginia V. Blue, his wife; that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have been proved by competent evidence and the equities in this cause are .with the plaintiff. 2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this cause i constitutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter described, subject only to that certain first mortgage from Plaintiff herein ' to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, securing an indebtedness in the original principal sum of $20,400.00, which first mortgage was dated November 8, 1976, and was recorded in O.
