ORDER TO PAY MONEYS FROM REGISTRY OF COURT
This cause coming on to be heard upon the Motion for
Payment of Money Deposited Into Registry of Court of the
Defendant, TWO G's, INC., pursuant to Section 74.071 Florida
Statutes, F.S.A., for the payment of sums of money set forth
in the Amended Declaration of Taking herein and the good faith
estimates of value set forth in the Order of Taking herein,
as to Parcel No. 118, said sum having been deposited in the
Registry of this Court on the 14th day of May, 1980, and the

Court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court forth-

sum of money from said moneys deposited into the Registry .of
