ORDER ON VARIOUS MOTIONS

These matters having come to be heard upon the Motion of ~
the Defendants for Compulsory Physical, 1?lotion to Compel Discovery,
and the Plaintiff's Motion to Compel More Complete Answers to Inter-
rogatories, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Defendants' Motion for Compulsory Physical Examin-
ation is granted. Plaintiff, CHERYL A. JENKINS, shall submit to such
physical examination for the purpose of determining the exact nature
and extent of her injuries and disabilities, if any. Dr. Ronald Grober, }
802-B, North 7th, Ft. Pierce, Florida, is hereby authorized to perform {
the above-described examination. Should Dr. Grober be unable to com-
plete the examination of the Plaintiff within a reasonable time before
the trial in this matter, Dr. William Stolzer is hereby authorized to
perform said examination of the Plaintiff.
2. The Defendants' Motion to Compel Discovery is granted
with respect to the following items which are hereby ordered to be
produced by the Plaintiff 'to the Defendants within twenty (20) days
of this Order:
(a) The Plaintiff's income tax returns for the years
1977 through 1979 inclusive, including W-2 forms filed.
(b') Additional medical reports concerning the Plain-
tiff, if any, which have not previously been submitted to
the Defendants.
As the Plaintiff has recently furnished the other information listed
in the Defendants' Request to Produce, the remainder of the Defendants'
