ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard before me on June 23,
_1980, upon Motion of the Plaintiff to Strike and Dismiss and for a
Default, and upon Motion of the Defendant to Dismiss, and to admit
its Chairman of the Board to practice law before this Court Pro Hac
Vice, and this Court being fully advised in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED as follows:

E _ 1. .This Court, finding that this. is an action in equity,
within the jurisdiction of the Circuit Courts, and is not an action
for labor by a laborer cognizable under Florida Statute § 85.01 et seq.,
the Motion of BRYN MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC. to Dismiss for lack of juris-
diction i
s denied.
2. The Motion of DAVID K. BREWSTER, Chairman of BRYN
~ MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC., to be admitted to the practice of law before
this Court Pro Hac Vice be and the same is hereby denied.
3. The Motion of the Plaintiffs GREG SCHROEDER and BILL
SCHROEDER to dismiss the Counterclaim of BRYN MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC.,
r and to strike all other pleadings of BRYN MAWR CAMP RESORTS, INC.,
~ previously filed in this action, be and the same is hereby granted.
4. The Motion for Default of GREG SCHROEDER and BILL
SCHROEDER be and the same is hereby denied and the Defendant, BRYN MAWR
