RITTICHIER and CARL D. RITTICHIER, as co-personal representatives of this estate allege: 1. The decedent, a resident of Harrison County, Ohio, died on August 31, 1978, and ancillary letters of administration were issued to petitioner on February 21, 1980. 2. Petitioners file herewith waivers of accounting and service of petition for discharge and consent to discharge of personal representative from all persons presently interested in the administration of this estate. 3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment o_f all expenses of administration. 4. Petitioners have filed all required estate, tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and have obtained and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obliga- tions for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 5. Petitioners have made or propose to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of distri- bution attached hereto as Exhibit A. ~ 6. Petitioners have paid or propose to pay compensation to the attorney in the amount of $700.00. 7. The onl ersons Navin an interest in this y p g proceeding are the petitioners. 8. Any objections to the compensation paid or proposed to be paid or the proposed distribution of assets must be filed within 30 days from the date of service of a copy of this petition. f E f Petitioners request that, after satisfactory proof has been presented that distribution has been made in accordance with the schedule of distribution and that claims of creditors have been paid or otherwise disposed of, an order be entered discharging petitioners as co-personal representatives of this estate.
