EXHIBIT "A"
Pursuant to Section 734.102(5), the petitioner proposes
to transfer and distribute the assets of this estate to the bene-
ficiaries pursuant to the terms of decedent's Last Will and Testa-
ment as follows:
An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the property
described below to each of the following beneficiaries:
Carl D. Rittichier and Henry E. Rittichier.
Parcel 1: Lot 36, Block 432 of Port St. Lucie Section
3, St. Lucie County, Florida.
Parcel 2: Lots 61, 62 and 63, Block C-l, Unit 6 in
Ocala
dge, Marion County, Florida.
Parcel 3: Lot 5, Block A of North Addition to East
Section of Crow's Bluff Community Center, Lake County,
Florida.
Parcel 4: Lots 9 and 10, Block 1 of East Section of
Crows Bluff Community Center, Lake County, Florida. '
