NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATIQtJ IS SUCH, that if the Principal shall
promptly make payment to all persons supplying labor and material in the prosecution of the work pro-
vided for in said Contract, then this obligation to be void: othervaise shall remain in lull force and etfect-
PROVIDED, however, that Principal and Surety shall not be liable to the Obliges or any of thorn
unless the Obligees or any of them have performed the obligations io the Principal in accordance with
the terms of said Contract: and
PROVIDEp, further, that no suit, action or pri~ceeding by reason of any default whatever shall be
brought on ;his band after one year irorr+ the day o-+ which final payment under the Contract falls due:
