FOR VALUE RECEIVE, the undersigned, (jointly and severally, if more than one) promises to pay to
Florida Freedom Newspapers, Inc., a Florida corporation,
a order, in the manner hereinafter specified, tM principal sum of EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS

Payments of principal and interest shall be made monthly in arrears in
360 equal installments of Six Hundred Fifty-Three and 58/100 Dollars
($653.58) each, commencing on April 1, 1980 and on the first day of -
each succeeding month, until the entire principal amount of this note,
together with accrued interest, shall be-paid in full. The undersigned -
agrees to pay a late charge of $25.00 for any installment of principal
and interest not paid within fifteen (15) days of the date due.
The entire principal amount of this note, together with any accrued,
but .unpaid interest thereon, shall immediately become due and payable in
full without the sending of any notice by the holder upon any sale,
transfer, assignment or further encumbrance of the property described in
the Mortgage Deed securing this note. - -
