THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Defendant,
FRANK DETHOZfAS, Motion to Dismiss, and the Court having considered -
argument of counsel, upon consideration, it is thereupon
ORDERED that said Motion to Dismiss filed by the Defendant,
FRANK DETHOt~IAS, is hereby granted, and the Plaintiff, ROSEMARY RAKICH,
shall have ten (10) days from the date of this Order within which to
file a Second Amended Complaint, and further
ORDERED that the Plaintiff will not be required to attach
copies of the exhibits that were previously filed with the original
Complaint and the First Amended Complaint.
