ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this Court on the 25th
day of June, 1980 upon the Motion to Dismiss, or in the
Alternative, for More Definite Statement, filed herein by
the Defendants, SAMMIE L. BOWMAN and DONNA M. BOWMAN, his
wife, and the Court having considered said nation, the argu-
ment of counsel, and being otherwise duly advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Dismiss be, and the same is hereby
denied.
2. The Motion for More Definite Statement be, and the
same is hereby granted, and the Plaintiff, IRENE CRIST, be

~ and the same is hereby ordered and directed to file a more
definite statement of her Complaint to include and describe
the payment or payments which are alleged to~be in default
~ and the date or dates that the same are alleged to have gone
into default.
