hereby releases the original Obligors) from furtherl~bligati~~or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
• 4. Except as specifically designated herein,_nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisior.~ of which are specifically reaffirmed by the new
obligor(s). f
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
lives, successors and assigns of the parties. -
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mbrtgagor~s) under said
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby ag-ees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that_the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands and
seals the day and year first above written.
