THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court on
June 30, 1980, on the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief.

and the Court having heard the testimony given before it,
the argument of counsel for the Wife and the argument of
counsel for the Husband, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife, EDYTHE M. KRAUSE, is hereby awarded temporary '

possession of the marital home and the furniture and furnishings f
located at 7601 Coquina Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, more par-
ticularly described as: '
Lots 27, 28 and 29, Block 73, Unit 7,
LAKEWOOD PARK SiJBDIVISION, St. Lucie
C County, Florida.
While the Wife has tem orar ossession of the marital home, she

~ shall cause no waste to the furniture and furnishings located .

2. The Husband, PAUL E. KRAUSE, shall have rerioved himself

} and all his personal effects from the marital home at 7601 Coquina '
r Avenue by 5:00 p.m., July 1, 1980. {
3. The Husband, PAUL E. KRAUSE, be and he is hereby restrained
and enjoined from molesting, harassing, annoying, interferring
with or using physical violence on the Wife, EDYT~iE M. KRAUSE. t
