The property in South St. Lucie County known as the Cameron property shall be held as tenants in common, each party being responsible for one-half (1/2) of the mortgage payments. The husband shall have primary possession of said property and shall purchase the wife's one-half (1/2) inter~.st within ten (10) years at the current .market value ascertained through a mutually agreed upon appraiser. The wife s:~all convey to the husband personal property of the husband's- which is currently in her possession as follows: 1. Medical bed and weight 2. Pinball machines 3. Two (2) chairs in living room _ 4. Barber chair 5. Grinder 6. Alpaca blanket 7. -Birth certificate, personal books and affects of the husband 8. Ring cleaner 9. Christmas decorations and costumes 10. 25" TU set 11. Glass table 12. Deer head . 13. Rocks located in .pasture The wife shall retain all other personal property located in the marital residence. Because of the length of the marriage and the life style of the parties, the age and working ability of the wife, the husband shall pay to the wife alimone in the amount of $750.00 y per month until she dies or remarries and as additional alimony, shall provide the wife for as long r as he is in the automobile business, or until she dies or remarries, an automobile every four (4) years, the age of which automobile shall not be older than one (1) year, along with suitable liability insurance on l ~ said automobile.
