LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF

MARJORIE E. ANDERSON ~ -

I, MARJORIE E. • ANDERSON, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
hereby make, publish and declare this instrument as my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills I may formerly
have made.
FIRST: I desire and direct that my body be buried in a
Christianlike manner .suitable to my circumstances in life.
SECOND: I desire and direct that all my. just debts and
funeral expenses be paid without unnecessary delay by my Executor
hereinafter named and appointed.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, -
real, personal or mixed, which may belong to me at my death, wherever
the same may be situated, located or found, I give, devise and bequeath
to my beloved son ANDREW H. ANDERSON, JR.

FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint ANDREW
f H. ANDERSON, JR. , as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament,

and I direct and expressly confer on him power to administer my estate
and direct that he shall not be required to give bond or other security
for the faithful performance of his duties. •
IN WITNESS•WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand to this,
my Last Will and Testament, at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
