JULIO C. FLOREZ, who being duly sworn, says that he is the Executive
Vice President of the lienor herein, Marbilt, Inc., a Florida
corporation, whose address is 747 East 9th Street, Hialeah, Florida,
33010 and that in ,pursuance of a contract with Hutchinson Island
Limited Partnership, a Florida limited partnership, lienor furnished
labor, services and materials'for the .construction of the structural
shell for one eleven-story high-rise tower, specifically building 3,
and its covered parking structure, on the following described real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
owned by Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership, a Florida limited
partnership, of a total value of Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand -
Six Hundred Eighteen and No/100 Dollars ($571,618.00) of which
there remains unpaid Thirty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-One
and 67/100 Dollars ($33,931.67) and furnished the first of the same
on Jc~2y-~10~, 1979, and the last of same on June 24, 1980. z
