PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
INTERCONTINENTAL SANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILL~IS DEVELOPMBNT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL HANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie .County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration~to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this 24th day of June , 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 514
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visision of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDOMINIUM C, as recorded in Official Record Book
332, page 1200, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that aartgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit No. 514
Sand Dollar Villas Condominium C, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between _
Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed
December 29, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, page 2104, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
