INTEROONTINENTAL HANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the
mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPI~NT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTSROON'PIIO~iTAL HANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 '
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this 24th day of June , 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that Oounty described
as follawa:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 311
and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visision of that Declaration of Condc.tinium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS COND01!lINIUM~C, as recorded in Official Record Book
332, page 1200, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.

Sand Dollar Villas Condoainitim C, that certain UOC-1 Financing Statement between-
Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed

records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
