nartgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMBNT CORPORATION, a Florida
corporation, to INTEROONTINBNTAL BANK,..a Florida banking corporation, dated
December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Hook 300, pages 2081
through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for
good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby on this 24th -day of June , 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 412
and an undivided 1/47th share in those coamon elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visision of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDOMINIUM C, as recorded in Official Record Hook
332, page 1200, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit No. 412
Sand Dollar Villas Condominium C, that certain UCC-1 Financing Statement between.
Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental Bank filed
December 29, 1978, and recorded fn Official Record Book 300, page 2104, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Signed, sealed and delivered INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking
