PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGB
INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder
of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPIiEN'P•CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINBNTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages
2081 through 2097, inclusive, public~recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
• acknowledged, hereby on this Zq~ daq of T,,t1e _ , 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described
as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 322
- and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDOMINIU!! B, as recorded in Official Record Book
327, page 2576, and as amended in Official Record Hook 327,
page 2640, all in the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 322 , Sand Dollar Villas Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 Financing
Statement between Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental
Bank filed December 29, 1978, and-recorded in Official Record Book 300, page
2104, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
