Florida corporation, to INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
dated Deceaber 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages.
2081 through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby
• acknowledged, hereby on this 24~h day of Jane 1980, releases
from the lien of that mortgage,-the real property in that County described
as follows:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 6. 17
and an undivided 1/47th. share in those common elements
appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the
covenants, conditions, restrictions, terns and other pro-
visions of that Declaration of Condosinius of SAND DOLLAR
VILLAS CONDO?f<IIIUM B', as recorded in Official Record Book
327, page 2576, and as amended in Official Record Book 327,
page 2640, all in the public records of St. Lucie~County,
Florida.
without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the
property described in that mortgage.
FURTHER, specifically releasing and terminating as to said Unit
No. 617 , Sand Dollar Villas Condominium B, that certain UCC-1 Financing
Statement between Sand Dollar Villas Development Corporation and Intercontinental
Bank filed December 29, 1978, and recorded in Official ecord Book 300, page
2104, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. : __r
