HomeMy WebLinkAbout0578 ~ PARTIAL RELEASE OF NORTGAGB INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, holder of the mortgage executed by SAND DOLLAR VILLAS DEVELOPMBNT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, to INTBRCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, dated December 28, 1978, and recorded in Official Record Book 300, pages 2081 through 2097, inclusive, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is hereby • acknowledged, hereby on this 24th day of June 1980, releases frog the lien of that mortgage, the real property in that County described as follows: That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit No. 517 and an undivided 1/47th share in those common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and sub3ect to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other pro- visions of that Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM B, as recorded in Official Record Book 327, page 2576, and as amended, in Official Record Book 327, page 2640, all in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining part of the property described in that mortgage. .
