ACKNO~WLEDGI~NT AND RATIFICATION BY GRANT88
The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed acknowledges that
this conveyance is subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium described ~
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bound
by all of said provisions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said praviaions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and teal property described above, as security for his obligations as described in Said
Declaration of Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees
that said•Declaratioa of Condominium and its exhibits and the Purchase Agreement executed ~
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties,"representations and inducements
coaceraing the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
