holder hereof intend or expect to charge, accept or collect any
interest greater than the highest legal rate of interest which
may be charged under the laws of the State of Florida. Should
the acceleration hereof or any charges made hereunder result
in the computation or earnings of interest in excess of such
legal rats, any and all such excess shall bs and the same is
hereby waived by the holder hereof, and any such excess shall
be credited by the holder to the balance hereof.
