Indian River; thence run Northwesterly meandering
said river bank, 205.5 feet to a point; which point
is on a line parallel to said Section line and due

Section line to the point of beginning; together
with riparian rights.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the right of way for South
Indian-River Drive.
3. The husband will be entitled to one-half of the rentals
f
received from the property or the wife which sum totals $1,550.00
which shall be paid within fifteen (15) days of this Order. I.n
addition, the husband shall be responsible for one-half of any
repair to the property, over and above any recovery gained from th~~
rentals.
4. As to the personal property, the Court orders the wife _
shall set forth and list the personal Property as set forth is the
Motion, plus the addendums submitter~ by the husband, ar.d the wife
shall make two separate lists w'~ich the husband t}~en shall have the }
choice of which list of personal property he wi.hes to keep. This '

list should be prepared and delivered to; the hu:~band': lawyer within
fifteen (15) days of this Order and the husb:~nd shall have an additional
fifteen (15) days t4 decide the lists of his choice and make arrange-
ments for fur ~i ture pickup.

~ 6. As to ~•isitation, the hLSbsnd shall }~~ve visitation two
(2) ~~E•ekends a mouth from six o'clock on Friday until seven o'clock
on Sunday; one month in the summer; alternate school. vacations. pith
regard to Christmas, the -parties will alternate one-half the Christmas
vacation, from the time the school gets out through Christmas Eve to
Christmas Day and the time the school reconvenes, and change on alter-
mate years.
~ 7. The husband shall pay the Court costs in this action. ~
8. Other than set forth herein, all other provisions in

the final Judgment will remain in full force and effect.
