That THE BOSTON FIVE CENTS SAVINGS BANK
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage given by Iziell Banner and Lenette Banner,
his wife
to Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Company
bearin to the first day of January 19 71 and recorded in Mortgage
Book .page 2197 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
State of Florida. given to secure the principal sum of $ 18, 600.00 and covering property in said
mortgage described, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage and all
indebtednessea secured thereby and does hereby authorize and direct the Clerk of said Circuit Court
to cancel said mortgage of record.
