IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between J. MICHAEL
BRENNAN and FRANK J. LYNCH JR. that J. MICHAEL BRENNAN, Attorney for
the Plaintiff in the above-styled cause, shall withdraw his representa-
tion of said Plaintiff, and in his place and stead FRANK J. LYNCH, JR.
shall assume re resentation of the Plaintiff in this cause.
