O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 30th day of June, 1980, upon
an Affidavit for Exemption of Personal Property filed by the Defendant,
BEATRICE HARRIELL DAMS, herein, and an Objection filed by the
Plaintiff, STANLEY JOHNSON, and the Court having-heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Plaintiff, BEATRICE HARRIELL DAMS, is the head of the

household residing with her family;
2. That the Court sustains the exemption of personal property
filed by the Defendant herein, and further determines that the only
property owned by the Defendant which is sub3ect to levy is a
refrigerator and the Vega automobile, and it is

B`URTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's levy on the
1977 Monte Carlo be cancelled, and said automobile returned to the _
Defendant, BEATRICE HARRIELL DAMS.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce,
Florida, this day of 1980.
