ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
This proceeding was heard on the Petition for Discharge
of the Guardian of the Guardianship of Sherrell A. Tykac, a minor;
notice of hearing have been waived by all persons entitled to same,
and the Court being satisfied that the guardian has faithfully
discharged the duties as such guardian, has rendered a complete
and accurate final return, and has delivered the assets of the
ward to the person entitled thereto; it is
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said guardian is discharged and
the guardian is released from further .liability.
