COME NOW the parties hereto, by their undersigned attorneys,
and show to this Court that all matters and things in controversy
between them have been amicably settled and adjusted.
WHEREFORE, the parties hereto move this Court for the entry
of an Order of Dismissal herein with prejudice to the Plaintiffs,
each of the parties to bear their own costs; and that all liens
and subrogated interests are to be paid by Plaintiffs out of the
proceeds of the settlement herein.

THIS CAUSE came before the court upon the Joint Motion for

Order of Dismissal filed by the parties herein, and the court
being fully advised, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-entitled action be and
the same is hereby dismissed, with prejudice, to the Plaintiffs,
each of the parties to bear their own costs; and that all liens
and subrogated interests are to be paid by Plaintiffs out of the
~ proceeds of the settlement. ;
