AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE ,

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to take
acknowledgments and administer oaths, personally appeared
THERESA M. BOSSO, who, after being duly sworn on oath, deposes
and says:
1. That she is the surviving spouse of JA~!ES L. BOSSO, who -
died a resident of Dade County, Florida on October 16,.1979.
- 2. That she and the said JAMES L. flOSSO, are-the Grantees
in that certain Warranty Deed from GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
the Grantor, dated January 20, 1976 and recorded March 4, 1976, in
0. R. Book 249, Page 1491, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, which deed conveyed to them the fee simple ownership of the ~
following-described real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, '
to wit : ~
Lot 4, Block 1445 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 15,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 6, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3: That at tre time of the above-referenced conveyance, the
- Affiant was lawfully married to the said JAMES L. BOSSO, and that
from the date of said conveyance to the date of said JAMES L. BCSSO'S ~

death on October 16., 1979, their marriage was continuous and uninter-
rugted.
. Further Affiant sayeth naught.
