Former Wife. / y _ . ~ .l-. . _y ~ f . c'' G- FINAL JUDGMENT This action came on for trial on June 10,.1980, upon the former husband's supplemental petition for modification of final judgment, and the answer and counter-petition of the former wife, Doris E. Hesse, and the answer to the counter-petition of the former husband, William F. Hesse. William F. Hesse, having appeared with his counsel, Kirk Friedland, and Doris E. Hesse, having appeared with her counsel Donald J. Sasser, and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and their .witnesses and having considered tt~e evidence and arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised, finds and i decides as follows: E 1. There is no substantial change in the former husband's financia I condition that would warrant a reduction or elimination of alimony. In that the former husband's income has increased from the date of the final judgment. 2. There is no substantial change in the former wife's financial ~ , condition that would warrant a reduction or elimination of alimony. 3. That since the entry of the final judgment of September 21, 1976 The parties' minor child's expenses have substantially increased and the child is presently incurring an obligation of X20.00 per morth for orthodonture work that shall continue for approximately the nett five years. 4. The former husband, William F. Hesse, agreed in open Court ~ to pay for the orthodonture expenses presently being incurred and to be incurred 5 r in the future on behalf of the parties' minor child.
