WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: `
A. The former husband, William F. Hesse's supplemental .petition
for modification of final judgment is denied.
B. The former wife, Doris E. Hesse's counter-petition for modifi-
cation is denied.

C. The Court accepts the agreement of the former husband, William
F. Hesse, to pay $20.00 per month for the parties' minor child's orthodonture
expenses and the Court directs that the former husband, William F. Hesse, make

these payments each and every month until the payments are no longer required,
! as an additional element of child support.. The first payment to be made July 1,
1980.
D. That William F. Hesse is ordered to pay to Donald J. Sasser,
attorney for the fornrer wife, X1,500.00 toward the former wife's attorney's fee-
and $274.20 as and for the former wife's cost for a total sum of'~1,774.20, and
that Donald J. Sasser db have, receive and recover of and from William F. Hesse
a sum of $1,774.20 for all of which let execution issue.
E. The Court retains jurisdiction of the parties and of this
cause for the purpose of enforcing the terms of this judgment and the prior final
judgment of September 21, 1976.
DONE AND ORDERED at West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida,
this 3 0 day of June, 1980.
