PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE ~
AND FOR DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
Petitioners, JOSEPH FRANK JONES and RICHARD ALLEN
JONES, as the duly qualified and acting co-personal representatives.
of the Estate of GENEVA TURNER, respectfully allege to the Court
as follows:
1. GENEVA TURNER died on May 1, 1979, and on October
3, 1979, Petitioners were appointed co-personal representatives of
the Estate of the Deceased and continuously since that time have
discharged the duties of co-personal representatives as required
by law.
2. The Petitioners have published notice to creditors

of the Estate as required by law, the first publication of which ~
occurred on January 14, 1980, and proof of publication of that noticef
has been filed. The period during which claims can be filed validly !
against the Estate has expired.
3. The following parties filed claims as creditors ~
of the Estate in the following amounts:

4. The Decedent's gross Estate for Federal Estate
Tax purposes is less than $60,000.00 and the Petitioners have se-
cured non-taxable certificate number E 73162 from the Estate Tax
Bureau of the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, which
Certificate has been duly filed with the Court. .
