9. Petitioners consider it expedient; necessary and
to the best interest of the .Estate to sell the above described
Real property in order to provide funds for the above mentioned
valid claims against the Estate totalling $5,406.28. Sufficient
liquid assets are not available to discharge these valid claims
and sale of the above described Real property is necessary to
