10. RICHARD ALLEN JONES and DIANE JONES, his wife,
have submitted a contract for purchase and sale, conditioned upon
Court approval. Copy of the contract for purchase and sale is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
11. RICHARD ALLEN JONES and JOSEPH FRANK JONES, co-
personal representatives in the above Estate, are also the only
beneficiaries under the Will of the above-named Decedent and they
hereby consent to sale of the above described Real property and
hereby waive notice of sale; further the above-named beneficiaries
consent to"the distribution of the above described assets as follows:
To: MARGARET ELIZABETH ILLGEN - 1970 Ford Tourino
To: JOSEPH FRANK JONES - $10,000.00 cash
To: RICHARD ALLEN JONES - Real Property described as Lot 10 and 11
of Block 23 of White City Sub-division as in Plat Book 1 at
Page 21 of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida;
and all remaining personal property valued at $2,329.00.
12. Upon authorization by this Court of sale and sale
i of the above described Real property, and upon payment from the pro-
ceeds of the sale of the valid claims against the Estate, nothing
remains to be done for the completion of the administration of this
Estate except making the final distribution of the assets of the
Estate. i
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request this Court for an order
authorizing the sale of the above described Real property upon the ~
terms and conditions set forth above, and request this Court for an '
order approving this petition and directing that distribution be made;
as set forth above, and that upon the filing of satisfactory evidence;
showing that complete distribution has been made as ordered, an order
of discharge be entered releasing and discharging Petitioners from ,
further liability as co-personal representatives of the abov -
captioned Estate.. o
