1. Buyer may at buyer's expense obtain evidence of title, either
by abstract of title insurance commitment.
2. Sale of above-described real property is conditioned upon
approval and authorization of the Circuit Court of the 19TH
Judicial Circuit in and for Saint Lucie County, Florida.
{
3. Buyer shall pay all closing costs including but not limited
to state surtax and documentary stamps and recording costs.
4. Taxes shall not be prorated. Payment of all taxes shall be
buyer's responsibility.
5. Buyer shall pay all special assessment liens.
6. Seller shall convey title to the aforesaid property by
executor's deed.
