Personal Representatives of the Estate of GENEVA TURNER, Deceased,
having been heard and considered this day by this Court, and it
appearing from the affirmance in the Petition that:
1. It is in the. best interest of the Estate that
the only Real property of the Estate -be sold in order to provide ~
funds to satisfy valid statements of claim against the Estate, and ~
the best interest of the Estate will be served by the sale of the !
Real property at a private sale, that the sale should be for the
sum of $20,000.00.

2. RICHARD ALLEri JONES and JOSEPH FRANK JONES are the

sole beneficiaries under the Wi11 of the Decedent. ~
i
3. RICHARD ALLEN JONES and JOSEPH FRANK JONES are sui
juris and have waived the filing of annual accountings, a final
accounting and the publication of notice by an instrument in writing
i
that has been filed with this Court.
4. RICHARD ALLEN JONES and JOSEPH FRANK JONES, as
Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate, are performing all acts
necessary and proper in the administration of the Estate and are ~

entitled to discharge upon making distribution and filing satisfac-

tory evidence of that distribution. l
5. The Co-Personal Representatives will have on hand
the following assets for distribution:
Cash $15,393.72
1970 Ford Tourino valued at $600.00
Miscellaneous personal items valued at $1,529.00
