6. No objections have-been filed; and it"is therefore,
upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RICHARD ALLEN JONES and
JOSEPH FRANK JONES as Co-Personal Representatives of-the Estate of i
GENEVA TURNER are authorized to sell to RICHARD ALLEN JONES and
DIANE JONES, his wife, Lots 10 and 11 of Block 23 of White City '
Sub-division as in Plat Book 1 at Page 21 of the Public Records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida, by private sale without notice of sale;
it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that RICHARD ALLEN JONES and
JOSEPH FRANK JONES are the sole beneficiaries under the Will of
GENEVA TURNER. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pursuant to the consent of
the beneficiaries as stated above, RICHARD ALLEN JONES and JOSEPH
FRANK JONES as Co-Personal Representatives are authorized and
directed to distribute and to surrender, transfer and assign the
