THIS AGREEMENT, made the 23rd da of June 1980 ,between ,
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F or a Hank ng Corporation,
party of the first part, and ~*m-u~4 ~-~A~s. LTD:.a Florida Limited Partnership
Parties of the second parts
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part .executed
a certain promissory note dated December 10, 1979 ,whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN'BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party i
of the first part, on order the sum of ~
Nine Thousand Five Hundred and No/100--------- ,
the first payment coming due June l0, 1980
Interest at 13.256 per annum
WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:
Lots 5 and 6, DRIF'PWOOD MANOR SUBDIVISION, SECTION ONE,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, ~
Page 6, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Mortgage dated December 10, 1979, recorded on January 17, 1980
in Officf:al Record Book 323, page 2860 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the
owners of the said mortgaged premises,
• NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of N• Thousand Five Hundred and No ioo due on said note be,
and the same is hereby extended to a paid in the following manner:

Entire balance of note in the amount of $9,500.00 plus interest to
become due and payable December 10, 1980. Interest shall be payable
semi-annually.-
Interest rate is 13.25$ per annum.
