AFFIDAVIT OF ABANDONI~NT OF CONSTRUCTION
AND INTENTION TO RECOMMENCB
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared STEPHEN NAPIER and OREAMA LYNN NAPIER, his wife, who, upon
first being by me duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That they are the owners of the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 9, Block 2, RAINTREE FOREST, an unrecorded plat
-described as: Beginning at a point that is 30 feet South
of and 75 feet East of the Northwest corner of Section 33,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
thence run S 89°34'46" E parallel to the North line of said -
Section 33, a distance of 391.74 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continuing South 89°34'46" East a distance
of 155.52 feet, to the point of curvature of a curve concave
to the Southwest; thence southeasterly along the arc of said.
curve, having a radius of 25 feet, a delta angle of 92°02'01"
an arc distance of 40.16 feet; thence tangent to said curve
South 02°27'15" West, parallel to the West line of said
Section 33, a distance of 99.10 feet; thence North 89°34'46" West
a distance of 181.42 feet; thence N 02°27'15" East a distance
of 125 feet to the point of beginning.
upon which there exists incomplete construction of improvements
undertaken pursuant to contract with Cook Construction of Fort
Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation.
2. That Cook Construction of Fort Pierce, Inc., as
•general contractor, abandoned construction on or about June 5, 1980.
3. Affronts, as owners, intend to recommence construction.
4. All lienors giving Notice have been paid in full
